Enchanted Polish Dark Fantasy swatches, review

Friday, September 5, 2014

I recently danced the dance at an Enchanted Polish launch and managed to snag one of the newest additions to her line - Dark Fantasy.

I haven't tried to grab any Enchanted Polishes lately - mostly because I really want to know what I am going to be buying. Mystery polishes are fun and exciting, but I would rather try for one I know I want. And when I saw Dark Fantasy, I knew it had to be mine.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on it and now I am excited to show it to you. So let's take a look.

Dark Fantasy is a bewitching deep grape. linear holographic purple. The color, and the holographic illusion are stunning. Shimmers of gold, blue, green come to life with every movement of your hand.
This is two coats with a top coat.

Enchanted Polish - A Time To Remember

Monday, June 17, 2013

I had to share this gorgeous polish with you. I have a passion for holo polishes. I recently bought Enchanted Polish "A Time To Remember."

These polishes are hard to get as they sell out within minutes of being for sale.

Let's move on to the swatches. This is two coats. But I could have easily gotten away with one coat. I am going to show you two swatches. One in window diffused sunlight and one in normal lighting without a flash.

Enchanted Polish - swatches - and pure giddiness

Saturday, September 1, 2012

I managed to snag a few Enchanted Polishes from the last restock at Llarowe. I grabbed Across the Universe, I am the Walrus, Magic Mirror and Mean Mr. Mustard. I already had Secret sauce from a review I did previously. Another restock is coming up on or around September 14 so I wanted to share them with you.

I love the formula of Enchanted Polish. It goes on smooth and glossy. It also has a quick dry time.

Let's move on to the swatches.

Across the Universe has been on my wish list for a while. It is a wonderful duo chrome that flashes between blue and purple. It has tiny holograpic specks in it that add wonderful depth and definition.

Magic Mirror is a lovely lavender shade that has a holographic sheen and small silver flakes that add a little extra to the overall look.

Secret Sauce is a wonderful special effects top coat. I have it on over A England Bridal Veil. It adds shimmer and shine with red and green hues. The red hues are more predominant.

Enchanted Polish - Secret Sauce super sensational (Picture heavy)

Thursday, July 5, 2012

I love special effect polishes. The shimmer, shine and surprise of what colors you are going to see next are enticing. I applied Enchanted Polish "Secret Sauce" and I cannot quit looking at my nails in different light. Of course, when I first started to put it on the sun was peeking through the haze and clouds and I couldn't wait to capture it in the sunlight. But we are getting some needed rain and the clouds beat me.

Secret Sauce is a dupe of the elusive Clarins 230 and Max Factor Fantasy Fire. I have Fantasy Fire and I have to say it is an excellent dupe.

This amazing special effect polish shifts from red to green to purple... depending on the light in which the the polish is viewed. It is actually quite mesmerizing. I have lots of photos for you. I was trying to capture the colors and stunning shimmer and shine.

I received this Enchanted Polish from Llarowe. Llarowe is a supplier of some amazing polishes. It is one of my favorite places to shop for polish. I go there quite often as the selection is always changing. It's a polish lover's dream!

Onto the swatches. These swatches have a base color of Zoya Raven, one coat of Secret Sauce and no top coat.

Bottom line: Enchanted Polish Secret sauce is a great dupe of Clarins 230 and Max Factor Fantasy Fire. And it's actually something you can get your hands on. Secret Sauce is available at shop.llarowe, com for $15 for a 15 ml bottle. I paid a lot more than that for my Max Factor and it is positively tiny!
I previously posted Fantasy Fire and you can see those swatches here.

The products in this post were sent to me for review.  I was not paid for my review of this product and all opinions are my own.
