China Glaze Pop Top Collection swatches, review

Tuesday, August 5, 2014

China Glaze has had a busy summer - and it's going to get even busier. The newest collection is the  Pop Top Collection. It's an eight-piece, limited edition set with two classic base shades and six glitter toppers.

While these aren't entirely new shades, they are some of the most popular that China Glaze has released. So it's only fitting that they be re-released so they can add some POP to your nails.

Let's take a look at these shades.

Heart of Africa is a shimmering deep red. I have always loved this shade, with its "lit from within" shimmer and shine. This is two coats with a top coat.

Pizzazz is a twinkling multi-dimensional glitter blend top coat. It applies wonderfully and the colors and sparkly simply jump off the nail to grab your attention. I have it on here over Frostbite.

Fairy Dust has long been one of my favorite top coats. It's a delicate silver sparkle with a holographic effect. It will quickly transform any mani into a magical creation. I have it on here over What a Pansy.

Luxe & Lush is from the Hunger Games Collection. It is a high octane flaky overcoat with strong rich gold tones. I have it on here over Heart of Africa.

Your Present Required is a subtle yet, classy topcoat. It has multi-sized and multi-colored glitter. I have it on here over Escaping Reality.

I Pink I Can is a multi-sized pink glitter (It looks gold in this photo, but is a truly a rosy pink glitter.) I have it on here over White on White, which is another shade from this collection.

Techno will add the sparkle of the galaxy to your nails. This glitter confetti polish applies easily and will transform your nail look from drab to fab. I have it on here over Deviantly Daring.

China Glaze® Pop Top will be available this month, August 2014 for $7.50 each.

These polishes were sent to me for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
