Shine and Sheen Nail Art Kit and a giveaway!

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

I have a fun nail art kit to share with you today.  It has a little bit of everything to help you create unique and vibrant nail art. Say hello to Shine & Sheen. It's created for gals with personality, a creative streak, a flair for fashion, and a love of doing-it-yourself. These kits were designed to be super easy to use with detailed instructions for 10 unique designs inside every kit. It's a fabulous and fun way to do nail art at home or with your friends!

There are five kits available for purchase on the Shine and Sheen website. I have the Rebel Rebel one to share with you.

Let's take a look.

The packaging is gorgeous. It comes in this deluxe box. I love this look.

One side of the box has the polishes, glitter topcoat and the two in one base/top coat. It also has a plastic cuticle pusher, a small file, tweezers, nail art glue, studs and foil embellishments.

The other side has the nail wraps, water decals, nail art wheel, and french nail stickers.

Let's take a look at some of the looks I created with this kit.

I used the black polish and the foil embellishments in the kit to create this dramatic look. The foil is very thin and rests flat against the nail. You can use larger pieces or tear it into small pieces. I also used the base/top coat to seal the nail and add major shine.

The red polish is the perfect canvas for the glitter topper that comes in the kit. It's a small glitter that is perfect for a glitter gradient.

It has a container of studs. There is quite a variety of studs, and plenty of them.

I created several looks with the studs. This one has the red polish as a base color and a swirled design with the black polish. Then I placed the large and small round studs around the design.

A simple v-tipped mani with the square studs is dramatic, yet oh-so-easy.

The black polish is quite glossy and applies well. This is two coats. I also used the animal print nail wraps and studs. The nail wraps are made with real polish and apply easily. Each design (animal print and sculls) has twelve individual wraps.

I think my favorite are the zipper water decals. I love, love, love water decals. They are so easy and look amazing. I added the water decals over a gradient of the red and black polishes.

This kit is great for beginners and advanced nail art enthusiasts. It has just about everything you need. The kits are available at ShineandSheen.com for $30. But you can enter to win one now! Just enter via the Rafflecopter widget below.

  18. To be honest, I fall in love for the first time when I see the studs also the zipper nail sticker, nail art glue, studs and foil embellishments. So, maybe I'll make the tree of love. I'll use the brighter nail polish for the background, and then I'll use the black nail polish to make the tree branches and the last one is use the love stud to be the fruits of the tree. :D
