OPI Hoodoo Voodoo and multi-color stamping

OPI Hoodoo Voodoo
I recently was on a work trip and I wandered to the Alco behind the hotel. I found an oldie but goodie by OPI - "Hoodoo Voodoo."

The coverage was amazing! I could have gotten away with one coat. It went on rich and smooth and had a decent dry time.
I used this marvelous color for a base color for stamping with my Konad image plate B57.

For the stamping itself I used Sinful Colors "Why Not," "Soul Mate," and "Let's Talk." Sinful Colors is a great brand to stamp with. I stamped once on each nail with each color. I think the stamping is actually the easiest part.

I really like the way it turned out. Multicolored flowers on a rich background of Hoodoo Voodoo.

If you haven't tried stamping what are you waiting for? It just takes a little practice and adds so much depth to a manicure. It actually only takes a few minutes as it dries almost immediately.

Happy Polishing!

  1. I love this. The color choices for the stamping work great with the base color.

    1. Thanks! The hardest part of stamping for me is the spacing and choosing colors that will work well together and show up well.

  3. Very cool. I really want to try stamping. I have a Konad kit on my wish list, and my birthday is in a few weeks... maybe I'll get lucky. ;)
