Nicole OPI "Jade in the shade" with stamping and a few sparkles

Thursday, March 22, 2012

Just a quick post for you today.

I wanted my nails to match the shirt I am wearing tomorrow. So I knew I needed a bright blue color and black accents. I decided to used Nicole OPI "Jade in the Shade." I love the color! Bright and cheerful and full of springtime. (By the way my fingers are not really red. The camera picked up the reflection off of my red tshirt.)

I did think it applied a little streaky. Good coverage but the finish was rather streaky. The brush was also not as wide as some of the NOPI brushes. But overall I like the polish.

Then I stamped with Sinful Colors "Black on Black" and added dots of Nicole OPI "Make a Comet-ment" which is a sparkly polish that I am in love with!

I like the look. I am getting bored with the stamping plates I have. I ordered quite a few a few weeks ago but they haven't arrived yet.

The bottom photograph is the shirt I am wearing tomorrow!
Until they do, I need to be patient.

Happy Stamping!

Kelly
