Go Cats! Final Four inspired nails

Friday, March 30, 2012

It's the Final Four. As a gal who was raised in Kentucky and a UK Wildcats fan of course I had to sport the colors.

I can't help but think about my dad when the 'Cats play. He was a die hard 'Cats fan and somewhere, right now, he is checking the stats and sporting his blue and white. It's been 6 years and I still think about him all the time. This one's for you dad. (If the 'Cats lose there is going to be a big storm somewhere... 'cause my dad is NOT going to be a happy camper. Especially if they lose to Louisville.)

I used Sally Hansen "Blue It" and China Glaze "White on White" for the paw prints. To make the paw prints I used the largest of my dotting tools for the pad and the next to smallest for the rest of it.

The Sally Hansen went on flawlessly and the CG has always been my favorite white for nail art.

So, who is going to win? Of course I am going to say the 'Cats!

Happy Polishing!

  1. I love this design. I have been wanting to do paw prints myself, mainly because the school I teach in has bullpups as a mascot. Thank you for sharing the design and giving me the inspiration to try it.

    1. Thanks. It was pretty easy and actually really fun! Good luck and Happy Polishing!

I may not always have time to respond to your comments. But I read each and every one of them.
